Delivery Options

Mail  Tickets will be mailed next business day (unless your order page specifies otherwise). For security reasons, we can only mail to the credit cardholder's billing address (where your monthly credit card bill is mailed). If you do not receive your tickets 48 hours before the event, please contact customer service. The mail option is not available within 7 days of the event.

Will Call  You will pick up your tickets at the venue will call ticket window on the day of the event. Will call usually opens 1 to 2 hours before event time. On your confirmaton page you will be notified of any special will call instructions for your event. You (the cardholder) can pick the tickets up with photo ID or you can have someone else pickup the tickets by providing your name and providing your confirmation number. The tickets must remain in the cardholders name. 

UPS 2nd day  (Not available for all events). Your tickets will ship next business day via UPS 2nd day air (unless your order page specifies otherwise). For security reasons we can only ship to the cardholder's billing address. UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes; if the billing addres is a P.O. Box please select another method of delivery. If today is Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship Monday (if Monday is not a holiday) for Wednesday delivery.  If today is Monday, your order will ship Tuesday for Thursday delivery.  This option is not available unless there is 3 business days between today and the event date.
