Entering this site will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions. SouthTix is a service consisting of ticketing services, ticketing and related content provided by SouthTix and third parties. The following are the "Terms" that govern use of the SouthTix Web site ("Site"). "User" means every person who establishes a connection for access to southtix.com. Ticket Purchase Policy We sell tickets on behalf of promoters, schools and venues ("clients"). Our clients set the ticket prices, set on/off sale dates and times, determine ticket availability and seat selection. Event times are subject to change. Tickets purchased on this site are subject to a per ticket service charge and/or a non-refundable per order handling charge. These charges are set in conjunction with our clients. Please allow enough time for delivery of your ticket order. If you select delivery by mail, please allow up to ten business days to receive your order. If you have not received your tickets by 48 hours before your event, please contact customer service. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. Policies set by our clients prevent us from replacing lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Refunds and Exchanges Before completing your purchase please check the number of tickets and the event date, time and location. Policies set forth by our clients prohibit us from issuing refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been made. Event Cancellation If your event is canceled and you ordered online or by phone, refunds will be issued automatically to your credit card. We will contact you if the card is no longer valid. The promoter of the event is responsible for notifying you of event cancellations. If the event is rescheduled, you can keep your tickets and attend the rescheduled event. To receive refunds for a rescheduled event, return complete tickets to SouthTix (address below). Returned tickets must be received 48 hours prior to event time to be eligible for refund. Ticket Limit per Customer For certain events, our clients will establish a ticket limit per customer. Multiple orders by the same customer/credit card are subject to cancellation prior to shipping. Disclaimer of Warranty We provide this site and its contents on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty or representation as to this site, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBILE OR LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. By using this site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. If you violate these terms, we may terminate or bar your use, cancel your order and/or take appropriate legal action against you. |
